Ana Mathiou Ana Mathiou was b orn on 7 April 1965 in Athens, Greece. She graduated from Pierce College in 1983. She furthered her education as follows: Stourbridge College of Technology and Art, England / Pilchuck Glass School, Seattle, USA / Staffordshire Polytechnic, Stoke-on-Trent, England (1986-1989); MA Fine Art at University of Reading, England (1990-1992). She presented lectures at the following institutions: University of Reading, England (1994); and Vakalo School of Art and Design, Athens, Greece (1997-1999).
