EVA MITALA (Greece, Athens b. 1978 / act: Athens & Hydra Island)

Eva Mitala Eva Mitala was born on 3 February 1978 in Athens, Greece. She studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts - ASFA (2000-2005) painting with Yannis Valavanidis, Michalis Manousakis, Nikos Tranos, and stage design with George Ziakas. In 2006 Mitala participated in a transfer program to Cuba, researching the Yoruba tradition, religion and dance.

Eva Mitala presented the following personal exhibitions: Caprichos, Art Queen Gallery, Athens (2006); Fantasies, G.K. Gallery, Sifnos Island (2006); Pototokyo, Muramatsu Gallery, Tokyo, Japan (2008); and Utopia, S.A.
