CM: The National Archaeological Committee describes the present work as follows: "45. Small clay unguentarium (perfume bottle) of the Early Graeco-Roman period (146-30 BC). The vessel is devoid of any decoration except the neck that is covered by a red-brown color." The description is confirmed by Professor of Classical Archaeology Lila Marangou.
