The lid is decorated by a radial pattern around its handle. On the body of the vessel and between the vertical handles appears a palmette, the helix of which spans on both sides in flexible shoots that yield smaller palmettes." The description is confirmed by Professor of Classical Archaeology Lila Marangou.
