CM: The National Archaeological Committee describes the present work as follows: "44. Cypriot miniature krater of the Archaic Period (700-480 BC). The vessel incorporates a low foot and two oblique rudimentary handles. Between the handles and on the surface defined by upper and lower bands appears a group of three concentric circles. Internally the vessel is decorated by thin and wide stripes." The description is confirmed by Professor of Classical Archaeology Lila Marangou.
