CM: This coin is a 'Tetradrachm' of Alexandria. The obverse presents Hadrian (24 January 76 - 10 July 138), on his twelfth year of reign, laureate, draped, cuirassed bust right, seen from behind. The reverse presents Serapis enthroned left, scepter in left hand, pointing with right hand at Cerberus seated left at feet. [Megakles Rogakos 01/2010]
