Robert A. Christoforides was born on 19 June 1942 in London, England. He works as a solicitor in Fordingbridge, Hampshire. He is currently writing a novel based on the life of Wilfred Owen (1893 -1918). He loves and visits Greece unfailingly every summer.

Mr. Christoforides is a connoisseur in art and has formed an eclectic collection with artworks from various periods from around the world.

With faith in the care of artworks demonstrated by The American College of Greece, Mr. Christoforides kindly donated to the ACG Art collection a fine selection of artworks that throw light on the history of international art. This donation includes works by Aziz El Hadri; and a rare sculpture of African tribal art.

Robert Christoforides continues to live and work in Fordingbridge, England.
